Hello Troy,

If you have looked the webpage, there is a lot of "Gagos" in Spain (and
through Latin America, mainly Argentina I think), and repeating what it
is said somewhere, it origin is between Portugal and North Spain. Like
my mother that is a Gago that comes from a little town in Zamora, that
is close to Portugal.

But if what you are looking for is for your Gago relatives in Spain, you
should provide more detail about your family origin.
What is almost for sure is that you are from spanish origin ;-)
